Leading the team building the new Willy:s App and willys.se. Initiated the "Backend for Frontend" project, later to be renamed to "API Modernization". Started the "Dev Docs Portal" project, to enable cohesive documentation that includes both business contexts and technical details. Implemented the "Frontend Focus" collaboration, leading to reduction of information silos. Created the output meeting "Lead Forum", that includes tech leaders cross organization, to improve communication and knowledge sharing between teams.

Senior Frontend Developer in the Kalaspatrullen Team, building out the new Willy:s App using React Native. Built the BankID integration, reducing the customer service issues by 70%. Introduced new code standards and best practices.

Tech Lead for the B2B Development Team. Started the assigment as the Tech Lead for the 2030 Calculator Team. Led the migration of the 2030 codebase from Svelte to Next.js, allowing the organization to hire from a different candidate pool. After migration, handled the release of the new 2030 Product API, 2030 Administration Tool and the 2030 Calculator UI. Coordinated with sales, CTO, CPO and PM to create solutions for complex climate tools. Lead the iniative of the React-based Doconomy Design System, which lead to a shared internal Design System, shared by all Doconomy Development Teams. The team changed form due to strategic changes, making me both the Tech Lead and Interim PM of the B2B Development Team. Clients involve Fortune 500s.

About 200k users, one of Sweden's most popular apps in the shopping segment. The app has meant a total digitalization of Restaurangchansen's (owned by TT Konsulttjänst AB) way of doing business, and on top of developing I also worked closely with the CEO to create digitalization strategies. I built the frontend parts of the hybrid app, iOS and Android, in Ionic Angular with a connected sales tool, custom built in React. The projects spanned 2016 - 2019 in stints based on the yearly budget. The sales tool was a complete e-sales tool for traveling sales men, including sales towards non-profit sport clubs, custom created e-signing, handling of data used by Restaurangchansen's "RC-Appen" and handling of push notifications.
